Sonepur: Normal life was crippled at Binika of Sonepur district on Wednesday following a 12-hour bandh called by Swabhiman Mancha over the installation of OPTCL towers in the city.
Almost all shops, business establishments, educational institutions and offices remained closed, while vehicles stayed off the roads at various places due to the strike.
