न्यूजीलैंड की प्रधान मंत्री जसिंडा अर्डर्न ने सितंबर में होने वाले राष्ट्रीय चुनावों से पहले ऑकलैंड में राधा कृष्ण मंदिर का दौरा किया। इसके बाद उन्होंने भारतीय शाकाहारी भोजन पूरी, छोले और दाल का आनंद लिया। 40 वर्षीय अर्डर्न ने बृहस्पतिवार को मंदिर का दौरा किया था। उन्हें मंदिर परिसर में प्रवेश करने से पहले अपने जूते उतारते भी देखा गया।
न्यूजीलैंड में भारतीय उच्चायुक्त मुक्तेश परदेशी ने ट्वीट कर बताया कि छह अगस्त 2020 को न्यूजीलैंड की प्रधानमंत्री जेसिंडा अर्डर्न के साथ कुछ अनमोल पल। वह राधा कृष्ण मंदिर में कुछ देर ठहरीं और यहां शुद्ध भारतीय शाकाहारी भोजन पूड़ी, छोले और दाल का आनंद लिया। उन्होंने मंदिर में पूजा में भी भाग लिया। न्यूजीलैंड में 19 सितंबर को चुनाव होने वाले हैं।
