Kalahandi (Lingraj Mishra): The second monthly cluster level meeting of the Sarian cluster took place at the Sarian Nodal Upper Primary School within the Narla block of Kalahandi district. Under the guidance of Sudhir Kumar Dhangadamajhi, CRCC, Sarian, the meeting focused on a range of topics, including Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), Foundational Learning Study (FLS), effective utilization of learning materials, distribution of uniforms, diaries, and notebooks, the academic calendar, playgrounds, infrastructure development, and the appropriate allocation of received grants in schools. During the event, teachers Kshirasindhu Bag, Dharmendra Majhi, and Dayanidhi Padhan conducted demo classes related to FLN and Vidya Pravesh. Iswar Chandra Behera, a senior teacher educator from the District Institute of Education and Training, Kalahandi, was also in attendance. He observed the demo classes and provided valuable guidance concerning FLN. Headmasters and assistant teachers from all primary and upper primary schools within the cluster actively participated in the meeting.
