Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government on Tuesday appointed Mandakinee Kar as the Chairperson of the Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (OSCPCR).
The State Information & Public Relations Department, in a tweet, informed Kar’s appointment as OSCPCR Chairperson.
Mandakinee Kar, a former member of the OSCPCR, happens to be the State Secretary of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD).
