नई दिल्ली: योग गुरू स्वामी रामदेव से जुड़ी कंपनी पतंजलि को कोरोनिल दवा के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट से राहत मिली है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने चेन्नई की एक कंपनी की याचिका को स्वीकार करने से मना कर दिया जिसमें मद्रास हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर रोक लगाने की मांग की गई थी। हाईकोर्ट ने पतंजलि को अपने उत्पाद पर कोरोनिल ट्रेडमार्क शब्द का इस्तेमाल करने की इजाज़त दी थी। मामला कोरोनिल नाम के इस्तेमाल को लेकर है, जिस पर चेन्नई की कंपनी ने दावा ठोका था। कंपनी सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक पहुंची थी, लेकिन कोर्ट ने इस याचिका पर सुनवाई से इनकार कर दिया। अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने चेन्नई की कंपनी अरुद्रा इंजीनियरिंग लिमिटेड की अर्जी को खारिज कर दिया। उसने दावा किया था कि ‘कोरोनिल’ 1993 से उसका ट्रेडमार्क है। कंपनी ने पतंजलि को इसके इस्तेमाल से रोक की मांग की थी।
गौरतलब है कि मद्रास हाई कोर्ट की सिंगल बेंच ने पहले पतंजलि पर 10 लाख का जुर्माना लगाते हुए इस ट्रेडमार्क के इस्तेमाल पर रोक लगा दी. लेकिन इसके बाद दो जजों की बेंच ने सिंगल बेंच के आदेश पर रद्द करते हुए पतंजलि को राहत देते हुए ट्रेडमार्क इस्तेमाल करने की अनुमति दी थी. जिसके बाद ही अरुद्रा इंजीनियरिंग ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हाई कोर्ट के इस फैसले को चुनौती दी थी, लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज सुनवाई से इनकार कर दिया. मतलब साफ है कि अब मामला मद्रास हाई कोर्ट में ही चलेगा.
