देवरिया: जिला प्रशिक्षण इकाई में यूपी-112 परियोजना के अंतर्गत संचालित 18 दिवस फ्रेशर प्रशिक्षण जनपद के डायल 112 में थानों से नियुक्त 25 आरक्षियों को फ्रेशर प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, जिसमें यूपी-112 में प्रयुक्त विभिन्न तकनीकों का परिचय, मानव मूल्य, sos, संचार तथा बातचीत कौशल, विवाद प्रबंधन हेतु तार्किक एवं विश्लेषणात्मक दृष्टिकोण, mdt की कार्यप्रणाली, gis, तथा poi, घटना के प्रकार, A t r तथा डिस्पोजिशन कोड, तनाव अभिप्रेरणा, स्वास्थ्य एवं जीवन की प्रबंधन शैली, आपदा प्रबंधन, hrms, यातायात के नियम तथा प्रबंधन, अग्नि संबंधी मुद्दे, महिला संबंधी मुद्दे आदि महत्वपूर्ण विषयो पर विस्तार पूर्वक प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। प्रशिक्षण के उपरांत सफल प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को पुलिस अधीक्षक देवरिया डा0 श्रीपति मिश्र द्वारा प्रशिक्षण प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किया गया तथा उनके द्वारा प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को उपरोक्त के संबंध में बतायी गयी बातो पर अमल करने तथा उनका सद्पयोग करने संबंधी आवश्यक आदेश- निर्देश दिए गए। तदुपरांत उक्त आरक्षी गणों के साथ भोजन करते हुए उनके साथ पुलिस की अनुशासनात्मक कार्यप्रणाली तथा व्यवहारिक ज्ञान के संबंध में चर्चा की गई। इस मौके पर अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री राजेश कुमार सोनकर, क्षेत्राधिकारी नगर श्री श्रीयश त्रिपाठी, महिन्द्रा कंपनी (एमएसडीएल) के प्रशिक्षक श्री चंद्रकेश्वर आनन्द, प्रतिसार निरीक्षक श्री प्रकाशचंद्र पांडेय, निरीक्षक यूपी-112 श्री जय प्रकाश यादव, प्रभारी डी0टी0यू0 उ0नि0 राहुल सिंह यादव, अन्य अधिकारी/ कर्मचारीगण मौजूद रहे।
