Nuapada Politics Heats Up for By-Election
Nuapada, Yadu News Nation: The political atmosphere in Nuapada is buzzing with activity as the by-election approaches. Various political parties are gearing up, rallying behind their chosen candidates. Monday marked the final day for filing nomination papers, with numerous party-affiliated and independent candidates submitting their documents. Among them, Samajwadi Party’s legislative candidate, Ramakanta Hati, formally submitted his nomination papers to the Returning Officer. The submission took place in the presence of the Samajwadi Party’s state president, with senior party leaders also in attendance. Accompanied by party workers and supporters, Ramakanta filed his nomination at the Sub-Collector’s office.

Present alongside Ramakanta Hati were key party figures, including Odisha state president Shiba Hati Yadav, state secretary Sunil Kumar Dhangadamajhi, Benudhar Gahir, state Kisan Sabha president Bijaya Behera, Nuapada district president Digapal Nag, district general secretary Gangadhar Banchhor, and Kalahandi district general secretary Santosh Bhoi, among others. Prior to filing his nomination, Ramakanta visited the Radhakrishna temple in Surya Nagar for prayers, before proceeding to the Sub-Collector’s office with his supporters to submit his nomination papers.
