Kalahandi, (Lingraj Mishra): ‘Basant Utsav-2025’ was organized by Odia Barta at Devgiri Sanskrutik Anusthan at Budhipadar in Narla Block of Kalahandi district. The program was organized under the chairmanship of Odia Barta Editor Dr. Sunil Kumar Dhangadmajhi, in which Sunil Kumar Agarwal, Managing Director of Odia Barta was the chief guest, and social worker Jagannath Dhangadmajhi and Educationalists Gunanidhi Dhangadmajhi were special guests, who participated prominently and highlighted the importance of celebrating Basant Utsav.
On this occasion, the chief guest Mr. Agarwal inaugurated the branch office of Odia Barta in Devgiri Budhipadar. Managing Editor Sanjay Dhangadmajhi, Barta Editor Sumit Kumar Agarwal and former president of Devgiri Sanskruti Anushthan Pradeep Dhangadmajhi were present on this occasion. Sub-editor Salil Kumar Dhangadmajhi conducted the program, while journalist Lingaraj Mishra presented the vote of thanks.
