Bhawanipatna: Pragati Prativa Puraskar Test-2024 has been held at Pragati Institution in the suburbs of Bhawanipatna. More than twelve hundred students from the Kalahandi and outside the district participated in the talent test. All the students who participated in the talent test were given certificates. Later, the head of the Institution Ajay Panda announced that the meritorious candidates based on the results of the examination will be awarded the Pragati Prativa Puraskar and will be given thie opportunity to study in the science stream for two years in the next academic year.
Along with this, Mr. Panda informed that the top 50 meritorious students will get the facility to study in the institution along with the scholarship. On this occasion, a discussion was held with all parents and guardians. For a decade, this institution has been able to bring a revolutionary change in the field of education. In the last academic years, students have passed out from Pragati institution with a maximum score of 90 percent in all 12 districts of Western Odisha and South Odisha. Even in the medical and engineering entrance tests, many students of Pragati institution have been able to pass and bring glory to the state. Similarly, ‘Udan Batch’ coaching system is being started from this year to target talented students. It has been arranged to bring experienced teachers and students involved in various coaching centers of the country to coach the students. By which, by 2026, we hope that maximum 50 to above students from our institution can realize their dreams of medical and engineering families. Parents expressed their opinion that due to the constant efforts and success of this institution, parents and guardians have created a satisfactory atmosphere in the residence.
In this program, the chairman of Pragati institution Mr. Ajay Kumar Panda, administrative officer Pranab Kumar Panda, principal Seshadev Mund, vice principal Ashok Kumar Sahu, chief education coordinator Anjan Kumar Rana participated in the programme. In this Talent Test, Binod Bihari Pradhan, Sashibhushan Das, Sasmita Sahu, Shukdev Sahu, Goutam Toltiya, Ipsita Swain, Rakesh Acharya, Tikeram Kumbhar, Nikita Meher, Jay Prakash Khura, Ghana Sundar Gadatya, Basant Kalsai, Shivangi Panda, Prafulla Naik, Ramesh Kuanr, Abhishek Patnaik, Soumya Ranjan Swain, Rajesh Satapathi, Hemant Bag, Girish Chandra Bhoi, Nirmal Mohanty, EV Annie Philip, Ixita Pattjoshi contributed to the conduct of the tests. In the program, lecturer Bidya Sagar Mund coordinated the meeting and gave vote of thanks.
