नयी दिल्ली: 1 फरवरी को आम बजट पेश किया जाने वाला है। गौरतलब है कि संसदीय मामलों की मंत्रिमंडलीय समिति की तरफ से बजट सत्र का शेडयूल पहले ही जारी किया जा चुका है। बजट सत्र इस बार 29 जनवरी से शुरू होकर 8 अप्रेल तक चलेगा। बजट से आने से पहले अनुमान लगाए जा रहे हैं कि क्या-क्या बड़ी घोषणाएं की जा सकती हैं। इस बीच संभावना है कि एमएसएमएई सेक्टर को भी राहत मिल सकती है। एक्सपर्ट्स के अनुसार बजट 2021 में एमएसएमई को जीएसटी में राहत मिलनी चाहिए। कोरोना के कारण पिछले साल एमएसएमई सेक्टर काफी प्रभावित हुआ। इसी को देखते हुए सरकार ने आत्मनिर्भर राहत पैकेज के तहत एमएसएमई सेक्टर को कई बेनेफिट दिए थे।
जानकार मानते हैं कि कारोबार ग्रोथ को बढ़ाने और एमएसएमई के प्रोत्साहन के लिए व्यावसायिक सेवाओं पर जीएसटी दर 5 फीसदी तक घटाया जाना चाहिए, जो इस समय 18 फीसदी है। जिन सेवाओं पर इस समय 18 फीसदी जीएसटी लगता है उनमें कानूनी पेशेवरों, कोरियर सर्विसेज और मैनेजमेंट कंसल्टिंग के अलावा चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स, आर्किटेक्ट्स, एचआर, मार्केटिंग, सप्लाई चेन मैनेजमेंट तथा होस्टिंग शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा आईटी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रोविजनिंग, मेंटेनेंस, रिपेयर और इंस्टॉलेशन सर्विसेज भी इसी लिस्ट में शामिल हैं।
जीएसटी के अलावा एमएसएमई सेक्टर के लिए एक और खास प्रोविजन का ऐलान किया जा सकता है। इसके लिए केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण भी संकेत दे चुकी हैं। कोरोना संकट के मद्देनजर सरकार ने एमएसएमई को कई बेनेफिट दिए। इस बीच बजट में और प्रावधान किए जाने की भी संभावना है।
