Further Mr Mathi Vathanan told that MUKTA scheme is one of the the flagship programme of the Government which is adopting the reforms being taken up under the Organization Development strand. The prioritization of MUKTA’s goals and how each stakeholder can contribute to their success was discussed vividly in the workshop . He shows confidence and expected that each one of the stakeholders will actively participate and share thoughts to further contribute to the agenda of mapping the roles of each stakeholder to the broader goals of MUKTA while setting clear metrics for measuring our success in delivering MUKTA, leading to improved service delivery for the last mile beneficiaries.
The organization’s development work will help all to gain a clear understanding of how the work contributes to the larger goals of the schemes and missions we implement. It does so by bringing more clarity to the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder while also carving a clear path to build the capacities to deliver those roles and responsibilities.
