Sambalpur: At least three to four bombs were found by the Thelkoloi police on Monday from a ganja-laden car on Sambalpur-Jharsuguda road.
However, the miscreants managed to escape from the spot.
As per reports, a team of Thelkoloi police was patrolling when the cops noticed that the miscreants were changing a deflated tyre of the vehicle near Khinda. The accused persons, on seeing the cops, fled the spot.
Police suspected foul play and searched the vehicle. During the search, police found a huge cache of ganja in the vehicle. Later, on further search, three to four bombs were found hidden in the contraband.
Till reports last came in, search and investigation was underway.
