Sambalpur: Police have seized around 130 kg of ganja from two cars from the Sassan check gate on the Biju Express Way under Sassan PS of Sambalpur district and arrested five persons in this connection.
The identity of the arrested accused was not known immediately.
According to reports, the cops conducted a raid while the contraband was being transported to Boudh & Jharkhand from Kandhamal district. They also seized 85 Kg of Ganja from one Car & 45 Kg of Ganja from another Car respectively.
Further investigation is underway in this regard.
