Village Health Care Center inaugurated
Thuamul Rampur (Durga Kirti): “Swasthya Swaraj Society” organization will provide health services in the remote areas of Thuamul Rampur block of Kalahandi district. This organization has been providing health services to the people of the area through sub-health centers in Kaniguma and Kerpai of the block. Silet GP is a remote and neglected area of the block. In view of this, a primary level “Village Health Care Center” has been inaugurated in Silet by this organization to provide health services. The program was presided over by Dr. Aqunes Adsari, Director of Swasthya Swaraj Society, and was inaugurated by Thuamul Rampur Tehsildar Ishwar Chandra Das as the Chief Guest. Thuamul Ramour BEO Loknath Behera and local Sarpanch, Samiti members were present as guests. Dr. Vishwas Jagannath, Deputy Director of the organizing body conducted the opening ceremony. Hundreds of people from surrounding areas attended the opening ceremony.
