Bolangir: As many as 44 migrant labourers including 14 children were rescued while being trafficked to Hyderabad on Friday.
According to reports, among the rescued labourers 30 were adults and 14 were children. They were from the Rengali Sundergarh district.
Acting on a tip-off, the Bolangir conducted a raid and rescued the migrant workers from a passenger bus while being transported to Hyderabad.
Further investigation is underway in this regard, police said.
