Bhawanipatna: The third annual function of Young Blood Public School, Rupra Road was celebrated with great pomp and fervour amidst a vibrant atmosphere at the institution’s new campus in Lakhaguda village under Narla block on Saturday evening. The event was graced by Prof. Nibedita Nath, Vice-Chancellor of Maa Manikeswari University, as the chief guest. Acting Principal Bibhu Ranjan Mohanty presided over the proceedings. Delivering the keynote address, Dr Kailash Chandra Das, Professor at Maa Manikeswari University, inspired the gathering with his thoughtful remarks. Among the distinguished guests present were Durga Prasad Mohanty, Chairman of Narla Block; Bipin Bihari Deep, Block Development Officer; Hemanta Bhoi, Sarpanch of Rupra Road GP; Dr Ram Kumar Jain, Chairman of Young Blood Group of Institutions; Sumit Kumar Agrawal, Secretary of Young Blood Public School, Rupra Road; and Dr Diptirani Singh, Principal of Young Blood Public School, Kesinga.

Teacher Anima Agrawal introduced the dignitaries, while student Akanksha Mohanty extended a warm welcome address. The programme was ably compered by teacher Padmanabh Jhankar. Vice-Chairman Ratan Kumar Agrawal, along with senior management committee members Anand Kumar Agrawal, Mahesh Agrawal, Kailash Kumar Agrawal, Rupchan Jain, Pradeep Kumar Agrawal, and Devesh Kumar Agrawal, played a key role in organising the event. Advisors Debi Deb Sharma and Subash Chandra Agrawal urged the teachers and staff to redouble their efforts towards the holistic development of the students. Prizes were distributed to the winners of various competitions by members of the school management committee.

The young students of the school enthralled the audience with their captivating cultural performances, showcasing talent and enthusiasm. Teacher Bijay Mohapatra conducted the felicitation segment, while teacher Lambodar Bhoi proposed the vote of thanks. The programme saw active participation and support from teachers Nibedita Sahu, Tulasi Behera, Premanjali Podh, Puja Agrawal, Anju Behera, Nilambika Sahani, Chaitanya Sahu, Debendra Senapati, and supporting staffs including Dhiraj Sethi, Sumitra Podh, and Brundaban Sa. A large number of parents, guardians, and members of the public turned up in strength, making the occasion a memorable community gathering.
