Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is scheduled to address all Collectors of the State at the 2-day conference of DMs on February 14-15.
Besides, the Odisha CM will also visit Padampur On February 19.
On the other hand, the CM is also scheduled to chair Council of ministers meeting to finalize Budget on Feb 13.
