Deoria (Ashutosh Yadav): According to the instructions of the State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow and as per the orders of District Legal Services Authority, Deoria, under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority, Deoria, for the success of the National Lok Adalat and the Special Lok Adalat for the execution of arbitration, all Tehsildars of the district and companies related to arbitration. A review meeting was convened in the auditorium room of the District Court with the Branch Managers/Advisors. As per the order of the District Judge, a special Lok Adalat will be organized on August 06 from 02:00 PM in the Civil Court Complex, Deoria for the execution of the arbitration. For the success of Arbitration Lok Adalat and National Lok Adalat, Additional District and Sessions Judge I Indira Singh directed all the Tehsildars to make preparations from now onwards for disposal of maximum number from their department. Settle the matter through discussion in the related dispute. National Lok Adalat nodal officer, Additional District and Sessions Judge Sanjay Kumar Singh said that maximum number of arbitration cases should be identified and disposed of in the Special Lok Adalat on the basis of conciliation agreement. For this, notices are being sent to the parties from the court and the finance companies should also contact the parties at their level and get the cases settled. Vivek Kumar Singh, in-charge secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Deoria, said that in this special Lok Adalat, the execution of arbitration cases will be done on the basis of mutual settlement of the parties. If the suit of any party is pending in the court related to any arbitration suit, then he can get his case settled on the appointed date by making a prayer in that court. He said that the National Lok Adalat is sure to be organized on August 13, for which preparations need to be done from now on. He directed the Tehsildars that you should appoint nodal officers in your department so that the identification and disposal of cases in Lok Adalat can be done on a large scale. For the success of National Lok Adalat, make the public aware through posters, banners and other electronic means to publicize it at a wide level. During this, it was told by the judge that in the said Lok Adalat, Section 138 NI Act, bank recovery suit, motor accident compensation petitions, family suit, labor suit, land acquisition suit, electricity, water and service related matters, revenue and civil suit and pre- Litigation cases are to be settled. In this meeting, mainly representatives of Tehsildar Deoria, Barhaj, Salempur, Bhatparrani, Bajaj Finance, HDFC Bank, Shri Ram Transport Utkarsh Bank, Municipality etc. were present.
